Joanne Smith Agruso is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stonybrook and of St. John’s University School of Law.  She received her juris doctorate in 1980.  Joanne was admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York in 1981.  Throughout her entire career, Joanne has practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation, social security disability and disability retirement.  Joanne is an active member in the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and the St. John’s School of Law Alumni Association.

George C. Trovato, Jr. is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and of St. John’s University School of Law.  He received his juris doctorate in 1995.  George was admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York in 1996.  In addition, George is also specifically admitted to practice law in the courts of the United States Eastern District of New York, the United States Southern District of New York and the United States Appellate Courts for the Second Circuit.  Throughout his entire career, George has practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation, social security disability and disability retirement.  From June of 2004 until June of 2007, George served as the co-chairman of the Workers’ Compensation committee for the Suffolk County Bar Association.  George is an active member in the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and the St. John’s School of Law Alumni Association.

Andrew P. Vecere is a graduate of the James Madison University and of St. John’s University School of Law.  He received his juris doctorate in 1998.  Andrew was admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York in 1999.  Throughout his entire career, Andrew has practiced in the areas of workers’ compensation, social security disability and disability retirement. Andrew is an active member in the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Injured Workers’ Bar Association and the St. John’s School of Law Alumni Association.
