Joanne S. Agruso and George C. Trovato, Jr. started the firm on January 10, 1998.  The firm began by representing injured workers in Nassau and Suffolk counties.  Over the years, the firm’s scope has grown to represent clients from Riverhead to Manhattan spanning from Long Island to all five boroughs of the City of New York.  Andrew P. Vecere became a partner of the firm on January 1, 2004.  As of that time, the partners of the firm are proud to have over four decades of collective experience representing injured workers and their interests.
